Residential Programs

With All-Ridd, safety comes first with your family and pets in mind. You can rest assured we will only send licensed and fully screened technicians to your home. Our technicians are knowledgeable, clean cut, courteous and professional. We offer minimum risk botanical treatments in addition to traditional treatments. 

We recommend regular quarterly service for residential customers, but one-time treatments are also available. Our quarterly service varies from season to season depending on which pests are most prevalent. Our technicians will provide you with customized service depending on what issues you are having. We treat inside and outside and we stand behind our service to make sure you are happy.

Our general services cover ants, spiders, accessible wasp nests, millipedes, centipedes, crickets, clover mites, springtails, silverfish, oriental roaches, mice, rats and other occasional invaders. Specialized treatment is available for carpenter ants, termites, carpenter bees, fleas, roaches and brown recluse spiders. We offer lawn programs for seasonal control of fleas, ticks and other crawling insects. We also provide mosquito spraying.

We have two options for residential quarterly service; Express and Deluxe. We have additional savings with our bundled services found on the Specials page. 

EXPRESS QUARTERLY

PEST CONTROL SERVICE

$105  Per Quarter with one-year service agreement

• Includes three exterior services and one exterior/interior winter service

• Exterior service will be scheduled automatically to keep your service on schedule; we will schedule an inside appointment for the winter service only

• Exterior perimeter granules around structure

• Exterior ant and roach bait as needed

• Exterior spray along foundation and entry points

• Exterior rodent stations

• Seasonal exterior web cleaning, wasp and mud dauber removal at time of service

• Inside treatment of garage, basement, and plumbing openings with liquid residual during winter service

• Free pest control callbacks between services for covered pests

• 10% discount on specialty pest control treatments*

• Available for monthly credit card billing with package purchase or charged to a credit card on file when each quarterly service is due

*Specialty pests are not included as part of the quarterly service program but treatment is available for roach cleanouts, venomous spider infestations, carpet beetles, fleas, pantry pests, carpenter bees, carpenter ants, bed bugs and voles. Excludes termite treatments and baiting systems, mosquitoes and lawn services

DELUXE QUARTERLY

PEST CONTROL SERVICE

$115 Per Quarter with one year service agreement

• Includes four exterior/interior services per year

• We will schedule an appointment for every service; if we are unable to reach you we will do an outside-only service to keep your service on schedule

• Exterior perimeter granules around structure

• Exterior ant and roach bait as needed

• Exterior spray along foundation and entry points

• Interior rodent station in garage and/or basement

• Exterior rodent station if needed

• Season exterior web cleaning, wasp and mud dauber removal at time of service

• Inside treatment of garage, basement and plumbing openings with liquid residual every service

• Glue board monitors in discreet areas

• Interior treatment of targeted pests as needed

• Seasonal drain treatments as needed to control fruit and drain flies

• Free pest control callbacks between services for covered pests

• 10% discount on specialty pest control treatments*

• Payment is collected at time of service or charged to a credit card on file
